Jaundice, dark urine: Commonly jaundice and dark urine can be seen in a patient having hemolysis. Other signs can be subtle such as increasing weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath etc. A hematologist can do the proper blood work to evaluate ongoing hemolysis.
