Yes: It can cause it by directly binding calcium, or the subsequent transfusions can lead to hypocalcemia by binding calcium as well.

Hemolysis: Hemolysis may occur in a blood sample sent for testing for various analytes. Total calcium levels do not appear to be effected by hemoglobin levels in the blood sample.
