Where is it pinched?: If the nerve is pinched in your neck, you get treatment for your neck. If its pinched in your wrist, like carpal tunnel syndrome, get treatment at the wrist. A physiatrist or neurologist trained in emgs can easily tell you where the problem is coming from and then how best to treat it.

See your doctor: You will need to see an orthopaedic surgeon to evaluate you and figure out what's causing your symptoms, and then treat the problem.
