I am working out but it seems as if everything is going down but belly fat, how can i help that to go too?

Keep working: On it. You can't choose where your body decides to select the fat from when you lose weight. Belly fat is the hardest to lose when you're overweight, Insulin resistant and have diabetes.

Stay focused: Everyone should diet/exercise. If your body stores fat at the abdomen predominantly that will be the last area to go. That is where liposuction, tummy tuck, and some new non-invasive procedures: coolsculpting, liposonix, can come in handy. Ask your primary care doctor for diet and exercise advice. Consider a personal trainer or exercise classes for group support. Best of luck.
