Too early: A beta-hcg of 1083 is too early to see anything in uterus other than a thickened lining. It's possible you're early pregnancy, you could have an ectopic, or you could be miscarring. Time will provide the answer. You'll want to see your hormone level double in appx 48 hours, that will be a good indication that you're not having a miscarriage. As well, a repeat ultrasound to confirm in uterus.
