Hello doc i have been trying to conceive for the last 3 months so o was gvn fsh and hcg and 1 week later i have mild cramps and feel fatige. any prob?

Cramps and: Fatugue 1 week after the HCG not sign of a serious process. If u develop fever, that different. Consider a UTI if u are going to the bathroom a lot. U can use ibuprofin or aleve (naproxen) for the cramping. If it gets severe, go in, but your symptoms are not unusual and you may have high anxiety right now making u read more into things, just saying, anxiety is elevated among those undergoing i vf.

Visit your doctor: Check CBC and ultrasound. Any pelvic pain? Consider few possibilities:1. Pregnant, 2. Ovarian hyper stimulation, 3. Anemia. So to be safe, see your doctor.

Never had irregular periods. This came ten days late, blood test ruled neg HCG. This "period" is spotting with occasional cramps and fatigue for 1wk.
