Unknown: trying to understand the ? I'm assuming hCG 414 then 263 two days later. If that's true the pregnancy is abnormal but whether it's a uterine or tubal pregnancy is unknown. Here we would repeat the hCG value again in two days to verify the results are declining or at least not rising appropriately before making that final call. If it's going down often bleeding would start in ~1 week or so.
