Diagnosis?: The description of a hot spot of your back is imprecise. It appears that an MRI was done instead of a thorough physical exam. Causes for thigh pain after an mva differ depending on which part of your thigh is involved, and may be the result of a deep venous thrombosis, muscle tear, upper lumbar nerve root compression, pelvic fracture, pulled hamstring, hematoma etc. Get your md to examine you.
