Do you mean igE?: Do you mean ige? Iga is not the immunoglobulin of allergy it has more to do with defense against pathogens on the surface of mucous membranes. If you are referring instead to ige then that value is extremely high and should be followed up with a consultation with a board-certified allergist. There are blood tests that can be used but better to have them ordered by someone who knows what they are doing.
