High white blood cel count in a patient with low IgA level would suggest very srongly infection in some part of body, like respiratory, digestive or genitourinary systems. With pain in left flank may have infection in that area of body and she needs to be treated for this asap high TSH with normal t3&t4 suggest subclinical hypothyroidism and may or may not treatment depending on level of tsh.
