Keep up good work: You have a lot to be proud of. Increase your aerobic activities and reduce your intake of carbs and fats, getting used to being more hungry than you're accustomed to. You'll be ripped and probably feel great. Especially, i hope you continue the fitness habit throughout your life, and not just for the sake of looking good.

Hey: Ur just fine! do not obsess about lower body fat. For a woman 10-12 % body fat is normal. So do not start starving yourself or become bulimic. Watch out!
