Likely hypoglycemia: Likely due to an Insulin surge. A glucose tolerance test - if not already done - can more accurately reflect what actually happens after a sugar load is earlier ingested. Fasting morning glucose, the standard test, may miss this. Altering your diet may help prevent episodes. Frequent small snacks would help prevent the dizziness. If symptomatic, ingest candy or juice as soon as possible.
