Need to see GI: Feeling something stuck in the throat and vomiting coffee ground material are serious symptoms . The later one is indicative of bleeding from the stomach or duodenum and the former one is indicative of some problem in the esophagus . I will advise you to see gastroenterologist and endoscopy will give the answer to the problem. Good luck.
