I have been experiencing excess mucus (clear, white, or yellow) in throat for over a year. Worse in mornings and after drinking pop/juice. Wet cough, no tightness in chest, I drink the proper amount of water, I dont smoke?

Right after a meal or up to few hours after, feeling like food or something in throat. Able to swallow, talk and drink water. Goes away after 10 minutes. Can happen multiple times a day. Very bad anxiety. No other symptoms except mucus in throat?
