Lack of ovulation: If you are not pregnant (do not just assume this) then a lack of a period means that you are not ovulating. This is called secondary amenorrhea and should be worked up by your ob/gyn. This is a straightforward workup. It is not healthy for the uterus to not cycle. The lack of a cycle is not related to endometriosis.
