I had a biopsy on a spot on my face & diagnosis bcc but dermatologist said it had infiltrated quite deep. i now have to hav a major biopsy vinciullo laser?

Don't worry: Basal cell carcinomas are locally invasive , will not spread, will have complete cure by removal.
