Don't worry: Basal cell carcinomas are locally invasive , will not spread, will have complete cure by removal.

Invasive BCC: Invasive basal cell carcinoma (bcc) is a growing problem. On the face, in order to improve cure rates and minimize removal of normal tissue, moh's surgery is usually performed by a specially trained dermatologic surgeon. If you have been given a different set of recommendations, a second opinion might be in order. Good luck!
