Yes, : But it could be any number of other conditions, such as crohn's disease, diverticulitis, meckel's diverticulum, kidney stones, mesenteric adenitis, just to name a few. See your doctor to figure this one out.

Could be: This is certainly possible. Abdominal pain can be very difficult to evaluate. Worsening of abdominal pain usually signals the need for evaluation. Appendicitis can be especially difficult to determine as the case of right lower quadrant pain. If this type of pain worsens, reevaluation may be necessary to get to the diagnosis.
