See a doctor: most appendicitis do not last for three days without either kill the patient or make them so sick they will be no doubt about it.IBS can cause all kind of pain,but it could be confusing.if you have no fever or chills,or anorexia or vomiting,pain is tolerable enough to make you think,you do not have appendicitis,but if you still sick in spite of heat pad,rest,stay on liquid diet.see your doctor.
