Neuromodulation: Spinal cord stimulation is approved for chronic pain of the trunk and extremity. It is commonly used for neuropathic pain or crps (complex regional pain syndrome) of the extremity. You would need to undergo the trial to see if it'd help with your pain. For the hand pain, scs will by placed in the cervical area.
