My blood results have come back and i have a weak positive for cmv igm and a positive ebv vca igg. could this be the reason for my neuropathic pains i'm experiencing in my arms,hands,legs and feet over the last 6 weeks?

Probably not: Many or most entirely healthy people have these same test results. Probably they are unrelated to your symptoms. Discuss with your doctor. If the situation remains uncertain, ask your doctor about referral to an infectious diseases specialist. In the meantime, I wouldn't worry about these results.
