I don't think: There's any correlation. Did you have general anesthesia or local. Are you drinking water / liquids? Stay hydrated. Hope this helps.

Roots not that long: The roots of your wisdom teeth were not that long as to impinge on your urinary tract. The medications given to you, however, may have had an effect. Since it is unknown what type of anesthesia you were given, it would be best to call the surgeon if the problem continues more than 24 hours. Feel better soon.
