When i bite down there is really bad pain in the front four teeth on the bottomm. i had my wisdon teeth removed and no root canals. what could it be?

Examination: You'll need to be examined by a dentist for this problem. Radiographs will be taken and your bite will be analysed. Really bad pain means something is wrong, and guessing what it might be over the internet will not solve your problem. Make the call and feel better soon.

To many: To many possibilities to list here. Cannot diagnose over the internet. you need to see your Dentist to evaluate (physically and probably with x-rays) integrity of tooth & surrounding tissues. Your "bite" also has to be checked. Please put down the computer, pick up the phone, and call your Dentist before this get's worse.
