How to lower your ast and alt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Do you drink?: Alcoholic intake is a common cause or elevated liver enzymes. You may wish to stop taking alcohol entirely and repeat the tests in 3 months. You may also wish to be tested for hepatitis. Please note that all lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and your doctor is in the best position to do that, as there are other causes of elevation of liver enzymes.
