for 6 months, i've been feeling pain in my lower back. my liver enzyme test came back high- ast 47 & alt 71. is it related? could it b my kidneys?

Need more info: Low back pain has many causes most commonly muscle spasm, spinal problem kidney problem. I doubt that your liver is the problem. More info is needed along with a through physical exam.
