Smells...: Usually warts don't have a noticeable smell. You may have a bacterial or yeast issue that is causing this. See your doctor for an exam and advice.

See doctor: Hpv does not generally cause discharge and/or odor. You probably have a vaginal infection other than and in addition to the hpv. See your doctor to find out what is the problem.
