Ease depression: If you have never been in counseling, you should consider contacting a clinical psychologist. If necessary a psychiatrist may be able to help by prescribing an anti deepressant.

Any treatment?: In this wrestling with depression, what treatment have you had? Are you using medications, alcohol, or other substances? Have you had a general physical checkup? There are good treatments for depression -- both medications if needed, as well as talk therapies that are effective. On your own, regular aerobic exercise, consistent sleep, and connecting with others will help. See your doc!
