See your dentist!: Some get juvenille gum disease but it's not too common; do you grind your teeth at night? Did you have braces?

Probably not: At your age tooth mobility is usually due to grinding or clenching your teeth at night. You probably need a nightguard.

See dentist: See your dentist for fulll evaluation and , at least, bite-wing x-ray images. Want to be sure bone levels are good and tissues are healthy. And evaluate any clenching / grinding habits -- these can loosen your teeth and cause bone loss. Go. Good luck.
