Fluorosis?: Excess Fluoride can cause white spots. Acid reflux generally dies not. See your dentist. Check supplements, water. See doc.

Probably not: White spots that are visible on your enamel are probably not caused by acid reflux, unless there is a constant vomiting component. Reflux affects the inside surface of the teeth as these are the areas exposed to the stomach acids during regurgitation. White spots may be early demineralization but after time they get darker in color. Could be from braces or genetic. Try professionally whitening.
