Moderate: If you smoke regularly , your teeth will eventually discolor irrespective of you dental hygiene.

Chances are good: Excellent oral hygiene will help minimize any staining or calculus deposits. The area you mentioned is difficult to access, and often will require a professional cleaning regardless. Smoking also increases your chances of periodontal problems, so it's good to have your gums monitored too.

Xyban is the best: Smoking stains teeth by changing bio-physiological quality and amount of saliva. Therefore, you will develop stain plaque that can be removed only during a dental scaling and cleaning. You know that tobacco limits blood flow to gum tissue creating an environment for gum disease. Brushing and thinking that your teeth are clean is like sweeping under the rug. Re.: xyban plus patches plus gum.
