Yes: If you have a serotonin syndrome secondary to some medications it should resolve with discontinuance, but the time it takes will depend upon what you were taking. Need more info.

Serotonin Syndrome: The major symptoms can sometimes dissipate as quickly as 24 hours. I have only seen a handful of patients with this condition. For most of them it took several days for them to solidly feel better.
