Swelling: A little swelling can come and go after surgery, especially revision surgery, but if there is any more than just a small amout i would go back and see my doctor. If an implant was used, infection is a possibility and i wouldn't wait too long. Hopefully it is just a small amout and it goes away on its own.

See your Surgeon: It is normal to have more swelling after the second time rhinoplasty --- but, to make sure that nothing is unusual and nothing is going wrong, you should see your surgeon as soon as possible.

Revision rhinoplasty: Swelling after surgery does not resolve in a linear fashion, but tends to take a more undulating course. You may notice more swelling some days after eating salty foods, strenuous exercise, drinking alcohol, flying, or engaging in other activities that increase swelling. At any time if you have concerns, the best course of action is to follow up with your surgeon.
