ER visit: This sounds like periorbital cellulitis and can be very serious. Get on antibiotics tonight. That infection can spread directly into the brain. Dr visit tonight.

Blepharitis : Your description sounds like you may be dealing with blepharitis with an early stye. Try warm compresses to the eyelid several times a day, artificial tears, and ointment at night. If no improvement, see an eye doctor.
