Sounds : Like you have fluid in the tube between your nose and your ear called the eustacian tube. If you get congested this tube can get congested too. Try long acting Mucinex (guaifenesin) and irrigating with a netty pot. You can use 2 squirts of afrin in each nostril once a day, more causes worse contestion.
