URI: Probably not due 2 ur horrible smoking habit but a good old sore throat. Get a strep screen and let it run it's course.

Sore throat: Well obviously you need to stop smoking. You may be coming down with a viral illness if it just started and if it has been there a while, you need to have it checked, to see what is going on.
