? pharyngitis: or sinusitis, it can still be viral, use salt water gargles, saline nasal washes, also pain killers if really bothersome. It would take few days to resolve, if otherwise, see your doctor, best wishes

Throat culture: It can not be said for certain if you have a bacterial infection of your throat which can be treated with antibiotics unless you get a throat culture. Viral infections can not be treated with antibiotics although there are some meds available for early treatment of the flu. Please drink a lot of fluids, rest, get good nutrition, and go to a medical clinic for an exam as soon as possible!
