Check: Vomiting can cause severe dehydration. If no improvement go to er. Can be virus, bacterial infection, poisoning, gastritis, nervous system abnormality, gall stones, etc. See physician.

Kidney or GB: I'm not sure what to make of your inability to stay awake, but vomiting with back pain could be signs of kidney infection or stone, or even gallbladder problems. Try to stay hydrated today, and contact your medical doctor. If you can't keep anything down, and are getting dry and weak, proceed to an emergency center for evaluation. Good luck.
