Pain under left side breast below rib cage, also got indigestion pain and pains in the back along with vomiting no fever?

Indigestion: Pain under the left rib cage along with vomiting and a feeling of indigestion all sound suspicious for gastritis or ulcer. Some medications can cause this, including anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen.
