Indigestion: Pain under the left rib cage along with vomiting and a feeling of indigestion all sound suspicious for gastritis or ulcer. Some medications can cause this, including anti-inflammatory meds like ibuprofen. There are over-the-counter meds like Prilosec otc that may help, but because you are also vomiting i would suggest you see a doctor for a definitive diagnosis before self-medicating.Good luck!
