On 20mg accutane acne went from under the skin to breaking out everywhere! i'm on week7 . why is this? :((((

Problem pores : Accutane works by causing problem pores to breakout early in the course and then eventually shrinking the oil glands and making breakouts smaller and less frequent once the course is done. It gets better in the second half of the course. Discuss this with your prescribing physician to have any questions and concerns answered.
