i feel headache after eating apple (not always), is there any relation between apple and headache or it's just my wrong belief?

Apples: Apples are natural diuretics. They make you pee, and could tip you toward dehydration significantly enough to trigger a headache. If you have a sensitivity to apples the headache should occur 4-6 hours after ingesting it. If this occurs try avoiding apples. Pesticides on the skin may also cause headaches so try peeling the apple to see if there is a difference. Hope this helps.
