Probably not strep: Strep symptoms are usually concentrated in sore throat, fever, upset stomach. Phlegm, sinus pressure, ear pain are more indicative of URI sx, could be leading to sinus infection if over 12 days of illness. Should have a strep screen to confirm if one really has strep before starting antibiotic. May need to see physician to diagnose your actual condition, but i doubt you originally had strep.

Strep?: Are you sure you had strep? Was a strep screen or throat culture positive? The symptoms can be due to seasonal allergies, i see plenty of patients with allergic rhinitis that is causing all those. And if your sinuses are tender, you might have a sinus infection that requires different antibiotics that is used for strep.
