I NEED SOME SLEEP!: Insomnia is a complicated matter. There are many possible contributing factors, each of which must be addressed for consistent, restorative sleep to occur. Seek a sleep specialist; get a sleep study; treat any anxiety or depression illness; avoid alcohol or drugs; wake at the same time 7days/week; exercise daily; no caffeine after 3pm; no tv/computer 2hr before bed; hot shower/bath before bed.
