Blood in bowels: I assume you mean blood in stool. Regardless, that's never a good thing. You need to get evaluated immediately. Don't wait until you feel faint & pass out from anemia (loss of blood). In meantime, stop taking advil (ibuprofen) as it can lead to stomach ulcers which may be your cause of severe abdominal pains & cramps. Go see your doctor now. If not available, go to hospital er.
