Antioxidants, fish: Cold water fish for the dha (wild salmon, sardines, anchovies, mackerel (mackerel has heavy metals so don't eat too much of it). Fish oil or krill oil does not pack the same dha as the fish does. Anti-oxidants including turmeric, rosemary, grapeseed, fresh veggies including raw/uncooked) and the occasional glass of red wine. Coffee good too. Avoid nicotine.
