Well balanced diet: You should eat a well-balanced diet of proteins, good fats- omega 3s, and carbohydrates in the form of fresh fruits, vegetables, grains. Make sure you are getting all your nutrients- vitamins and minerals. Since you are expending energy to heal the brain, your daily intake may need to be higher. Avoid "junk food" like candy and overly processed snacks.
