Headache: Not good! now those pill are probably causing your headaches! you need to get this under control as it is controlling your life. You need to see an neurologist to fix it and put you on a maintenance medication that prevents the headaches from coming.

Tension: Please stop taking these excessive over the counter drugs and consult your doctor to rule out any medical issues. If you are cleared the ask for a referral to a clinical psychologist who can help you learn how to lessen tension and reduce headaches. My best.
