I've got a feeling..: You really could use a good listener. It is not silly, it's that you feel like it's hard to trust even things that you once could. A patient, supportive therapist might be able to help you piece together the story regain or rebuild your confidence. Try to use this anxiety as a warning light - like when a car says i need a tune-up.
