Pancreatic cancer...: Is extremely uncommon in a person your age in the absence of a familial cancer syndrome (which are also rare). There are far more common causes of nausea and abdominal pain than pancreatic cancer, and if your symptoms persist, you should see your doctor to be evaluated. Good luck.

Extremely rare: Uncommon in that age group . Pancreatic cancer is usually very aggressive. You need evaluation for etiology of your abd pain. Things like constipation and ulcers if present should be treated.
