Radiation exposure: I fully understand your concern. Unfortunately, you can't go back to it. Try now to use your judgment as well as circumstances and physician's input to decide whether you will need a ct scan in the future or not. Also, it doesn't hurt to inquire about other, less harmful, diagnostic tools available.

Anxiety about your: Health is what a hypochondriac suffers. Making complaints to doctors cause them to order tests to rule out serious issues. All tests with x-rays have an infinitesimal risk of causing cancer, that is out weighed by potential benefit. It's likely you did not need the imaging, but doctors fear missing someting important. The exposure fuels your hypochondriacal impulse. Your risk is low.
