I am not familiar with legal statutes as far as treating "minors" in those or any other countries aside from the states, where you're an adult as of 18yo but can't drink until 21yo. Consent age - choice: To be considered a candidate for any cosmetic surgery, psychosocial stability and the ability to give informed consent are considered baseline requirements. If you are of legal age then not wanting your parents to be part of the decision making for surgery is your choice.
