Cant: If you are the snorer you can't block snoring by ear plugs.

Earplugs: Any drugstore. Try the brand mack's they are silicone use one in each ear if it is really lound. They are clear a putty like and won't clog your ears, come in a nice case too. You really should get that person checked out. Snoring can be a serious condition.
